Please note: in situations where a refund or exchange is granted (for unused products and within 14 days of delivery), the shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer. Unless a defective or incorrect product was received.
Shipping Address
Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct. I cannot be held responsible for missed delivery due to the incorrect address provided. Please make sure to include all information that is vital to the delivery of your order. Which can include:
- The correct spelling of your street address
- The correct street number and/or direction (North, South)
- Identifying if its an Apt or Suite
- Including the Apt/Suite #
- The correct zipcode
Shipping Speed
Once your order is placed and in the care of the shipping carrier, I am no longer in control. Delays, weather, strikes and holidays are all conditions that can hinder the shipping process.
